The remodel is one of seven in the Phoenix-area that will be done in 2019 and one of more than 1,000 remodels the company plans to do by the end of the year.
“These remodeled stores will provide Phoenix-area guests with an even easier and more inspiring shopping experience—whether in-store or online,” Target Group Vice President Amy Probst said in a news release. “Guests can expect an updated look and feel and a new order pickup counter, making it convenient to grab online orders.”
Store renovations are expected to include:
• updated order pickup and guest service counters;
• modern decor and fixtures to include additional mannequins and specialty LED lighting;
• updated merchandise displays throughout the store, including in-home, apparel and beauty sections; and
• a nursing space for new moms.
The store will remain open during the remodeling, according to the company, however, customers may see areas that are temporarily emptied or curtained off during the process.
