Serrano's Mexican Restaurants is celebrating its 100th anniversary Sept. 19 from 5-9 p.m. with festivities and specials.

There will be a balloon artist, face painters, and arts and crafts for kids as well as $1 taco rice and beans plates all night long. At 7 p.m. there will be a taco-eating contest between local mayors and first responders, including Chandler Mayor Kevin Hartke. There will also be a raffle.
