Jollibee, a chain serving fast food in the Philippines, will occupy the space left vacant earlier this year on the northwest corner of Gilbert and Germann roads in Chandler. The location is expected to open in December at 2800 E. Germann Road in Chandler. www.jollibee.com.ph
