A Cards of Care box was installed Wednesday, May 1 outside Franklin City Hall at 109 3rd Avenue S., Franklin. Inspired by the "take a penny, leave a penny" concept, local residents can open the box to take a card of encouragement or leave a note of inspiration for the next person. It was created by Chase Harper, David Kelly, Carmen Stanek and Brooke Wanser, who are members of the inaugural Williamson, Inc. Leadership Young Professionals class. www.facebook.com/cardsofcare615
