Owner Kimberly Stephens celebrated the first anniversary of Hearts 4 Children A Christian Montessori School in early September at 300 Florence St., Tomball. The family-owned and -operated preschool includes a home-like setting, weekly chapel services and low teacher-to-student ratios for children ages 18 months to pre-kindergarten.
