Fielding’s Rooster opened Aug. 13 at 4223 Research Forest Drive, Ste. 100, The Woodlands. From the same owners of Fielding’s Wood Grill and Fielding’s Local Kitchen +Bar, the new casual restaurant offers a wide selection of rotisserie, fried and grilled chicken-centered dishes.

“Fielding’s Rooster comes from the success of our crowd-favorite rotisserie chicken at Fielding’s Wood Grill,” Culinary Director Chef Edelberto Goncalves said. “We expanded that offering to include different styles and reinterpreted culinary traditions both American and from the world—from the Southern fried, to the Kung Pao Wings, to the Souvlaki. We are excited to share this new gastronomic adventure with our guests and we look forward to hearing what they think.”

The restaurant accepts reservations and is serving up dinner seven days a week beginning at 5 p.m., with plans of expanding to lunch and brunch options in the future. The eatery also features a full-service bar that opens daily at 4 p.m.
