Mia’s Table will open Sept. 24 at 18450 I-45 S., Shenandoah, City Administrator Kathie Reyer confirmed Sept. 12. The family-friendly restaurant will serve burgers, sandwiches, tacos and salads, as well as country platters of chicken fried steak, meatloaf or chicken-fried chicken and baskets of chicken strips, fried shrimp and fried catfish. The eatery will also serve smoker choices of pulled pork, pulled chicken, baby back ribs and barbecue chicken. Mia’s Table will also offer a children’s menu, milkshakes and malts. 832-764-8286.
