Envy Wine Room, located at 317 Gentry St., Ste. D1, Spring, plans to double its space and open the Envy Wine Room Bistro on June 1. The bistro will serve hand-tossed pizzas and other items that pair well with wine. Envy Wine Room, which opened in 2014, serves more than 200 wines by the bottle and more than 90 by the glass.
