Taco Bell plans to open a new restaurant in August in the Valley Ranch Town Center at 11771 N. Grand Parkway, New Caney. The fast-food Mexican restaurant offers tacos, burritos, quesadillas, nachos, “gorditas” and “naked chicken chips” for dine-in, carryout or drive-thru. It also serves breakfast.
