Stella’s Place, an Atascocita bar, opened Aug. 30 at 8110 FM 1960 Road E. Owner Rob Treat said the neighborhood bar offers 165 different cocktails, draft beer, wine, six pool tables, darts, in-house karaoke nights and live music. The bar will also soon offer a limited menu of items, such as pizza, wings and mozzarella sticks. Treat said the space was remodeled from the former JT’s Sports Bar to include an open floor plan. 832- 273-3187.
