Child care center Kiddie Academy of Katy-West opened its second Katy location Jan. 2 at 27613 Pine Mill Ranch Drive, Katy. The center provides before- and after-school programs, extracurriculars, tutoring and summer camp for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old.
