After 10 years of operating, Kay’s Tea Parlour at 5617 Second St., Katy, closed Aug. 31. The tea shop served homestyle food, such as quiche and sandwiches. Some of the staff will relocate to Ye Olde Village Shoppe at 1512 Avenue C, Katy. 281-392-7970.
