Xscape Theaters will open its first Texas location in 2018 at the northeast corner of FM 1488 and Old Conroe Magnolia Road at the border of Conroe, Magnolia and The Woodlands. The 52,000-square-foot theater will feature 12 screens, reclining seating and a concessions area.
