Crumbl Cookies, a national gourmet cookie franchise, will open an Atascocita location in January at 7072 FM 1960 E., Ste. 3. Franchise owner Dan Stansel said the Atascocita location is one of three Houston-area locations that will open in the coming months, with the other two locations set for Katy and Cypress. The shop will offer warm chocolate chip cookies and chilled sugar cookies daily. It will also offer four specialty cookie flavors that will rotate weekly, such as cookies and cream, cinnamon toast and pumpkin rolls. The eatery will also deliver cookies within a 3- to 5-mile radius of the shop.
