Hopdoddy Burger Bar[/caption]

Austin-based Hopdoddy Burger Bar will open its third Greater Houston area location on Tuesday, April 25, in the Vintage Park Shopping Center, 142 Vintage Park Blvd., Ste. A, Houston. The eatery is known for its craft burgers, house-made buns, craft beer and hand-cut Kennebec fries. The Vintage Park location will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

Burgers can be made with a variety of ingredients, including Angus beef, kobe beef, chicken and sushi-grade tuna. The new location will serve the recently introduced menu item, Hoss’ Hot Chicken, which features a fried Nashville hot chicken breast atop house-made baby kale slawThe new location will also include a full bar stocked with regional spirits, house-made liqueurs and freshly squeezed juices. 

Hopdoddy will support the The Periwinkle Foundation at the Vintage Park location through its Goodnight for a Good Cause program, which donates $1 of each Goodnight Burger sold. The Periwinkle Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to developing and providing programs that positively change the lives of children, young adults and families who are challenged by cancer and other life-threatening illnesses and are cared for at Texas Children’s Hospital.
