Westlake Preparatory Lutheran Academy completed the construction of a new building on its campus at 23300 Bellaire Blvd., Richmond, in September. The 12-classroom building has space for 76 fourth- through eighth-graders. The building features an art room, science lab and a band hall. The new structure is part of Westlake’s master plan to have four buildings for kindergarten through 12th-grade students. It currently has two buildings that house 232 students. 832-586-9130.
