Hat Creek Burger Company, an Austin-based, fast-casual eatery serving fresh, all-natural hamburgers as well as fries, shakes, craft beer and wine, and breakfast, will open at 2311 N. Central Expressway, Richardson. An opening date has not been announced. The restaurant will feature a drive-thru, play yard and an outdoor, covered patio.
