New Lewisville restaurant, Burgerim, to allow guests to build burgers featuring lamb, turkey, salmon or beef

When Burgerim opens at 5040 SH 121, Ste. 300, Lewisville, guests will be able to customize their 2.8 ounce patties, which will be served in packs and include onions, tomatoes and lettuce. Guests will be able to choose from three buns, five sauces, 10 patties and nine toppings. Patty options will include beef, lamb, salmon, veggie, chicken, falafel and turkey. An opening date has not been announced.
