Saladworks is expanding its Texas presence by opening a location this summer at 3000 E. Southlake Blvd., Ste. 7, Southlake, in the Gateway Plaza. The restaurant will serve fresh-tossed salads in a fast casual environment. Salads will be made to order, and the business will also serve a selection of freshly-made sandwiches or soups. www.saladworks.com
