Creamistry, a specialty ice cream shop, is slated to open in mid-October at 1161 E. Southlake Blvd., Ste. 202, Southlake. The California-based franchise makes and serves ice cream using liquid nitrogen in front of customers, who can choose from an assortment of ice cream flavors, toppings and specialty menu items. The shop will also have nondairy options for those with dietary restrictions. This will be the fourth Dallas location to be owned and operated by brothers Aamir and Aazim Rajani and their cousins Farhan and Zeshan Somani. The partners have plans to open a fifth location in the Uptown Dallas area at a later date. www.creamistry.com
