Four vendors have been chosen for Harvest Hall, Grapevine’s much-anticipated food and entertainment venue that is slated to open in 2020, according to a news release announcing the selected applicants.

The developer behind a request to redevelop the former J.C. Penney headquarters property in Plano says he will bring an amended apartment plan to the city even as the lender for the project files for foreclosure.
