Richardson’s Region 10 ESC, a regional education service center established by the state Legislature for the purpose of providing services to schools within a defined geographic region, is planning a 5,545-square-foot expansion of its office building, located at 400 E. Spring Valley Road, Richardson. The expansion, which begins Sept. 1 and will last a year, will help to enhance the customer experience by equipping meeting rooms with movable walls as well as state-of-the-art technology.
