Torchy's Tacos is remodeling the building formerly occupied by PS 35 at 1500 N. I-35, Round Rock, according to city development permits.

The Torchy's Tacos website confirms that a restaurant is coming soon to the location.

The remodel is expected to be completed in April, according to the permit filed with the city, but an opening date for the restaurant has not been released.

Torchy's Tacos has another Round Rock location at 2150 E. Palm Valley Blvd.

PS 35, a pizza restaurant, closed in November 2017.
