Toulouse Cafe and Bar will open in mid-February at 3120 Palm Way, Ste. 150, Austin. Toulouse will serve a seasonal menu of items, such as quiche, mussels, trout almondine and homemade desserts as well as an extensive wine list. Toulouse is another restaurant owned by Lombardi.
