Dagar’s Catering celebrates its 65th anniversary in December. What started in 1952 as a cafe on Sixth Street in Austin transitioned to a catering service in the mid-1970s. The company has served esteemed clients, such as former presidents Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Lyndon B. Johnson.
