Amy and Sam Ramirez will open Dandelion Caf, 100 W. Hopkins St., San Marcos, in the fall. The Ramirezes also own Blue Dahlia Bistro, an Austin-based eatery. The menu at Dandelion Caf will be similar to Blue Dahlia Bistro's and will feature salads, tartines and desserts as well as beer and wine. [email protected]
