Cedar Park Police and Fire departments dedicated a new memorial in front of the police department Dec. 20. The statue honors fallen first responders firefighter James Buford (1972), Officer William Laws (1979) and Officer Leonard Reed (2010). The department is located at 911 Quest Parkway, Cedar Park.
