Austin-based Murphy Adams Restaurant Group, which owns and operates Mama Fu’s Asian House, finalized its acquisition of local pizza chain Austin’s Pizza on April 18.

All 14 locations of the pizza restaurant will remain open, a news release said. Three of those locations are in the Lake Travis-Westlake area: Austin’s Pizza Four Points, 301 N. RR 620; Austin’s Pizza Cuernavaca, 1705 Cuernavaca Drive; and Austin’s Pizza Westlake, 3638 Bee Caves Road.
