Since the end of summer, several new businesses have opened in the Westlake area. From a sauna studio to a New York-style deli, here’s a breakdown of new establishments.

Perspire Sauna Studio opened Aug. 28 at 3300 Bee Caves Road, Austin inside the Westbank Shopping Center. The studio offers 13 private rooms combining medical-grade infrared heat and chromotherapy for relaxation. Biderman’s Deli is scheduled to open Nov. 1 in the Village at Westlake. Biderman’s, which currently operates two Austin locations, is a Jewish-inspired deli, featuring fresh New York-style bagels, sandwiches and matzo ball soup, according to owner Zach Biderman. Amegy Bank of Texas opened its new Westlake location Sept. 9 at 3342 Bee Cave Road, Austin, according to Stefani Crowe, Amegy Bank vice president of corporate communications. Shine celebrated its grand opening in the Westlake area Sept. 3 at 3636 Bee Caves Road, Ste. 215, West Lake Hills. The company offers full-service window cleaning, holiday lighting, power-washing and roof-cleaning services. Owner Wesley Mack also plans to open a downtown Austin location.
