Kingwood Emergency Center sets late January grand opening

Kingwood Emergency Center will host its grand opening Jan. 28 at 23330 Hwy. 59 N., Kingwood. The facility will be a 3-bed hospital with an emphasis on emergency care. When the hospital opens, it will offer 24-hour emergency services, treatment for bone fractures, eye injuries and neurological and cardiovascular emergencies. After sustaining major flooding damage during Hurricane Harvey, the H-E-B Kingwood Market will reopen its doors Jan. 19. Meanwhile, the store's gas station began normal operations Jan. 8.
