Macaron by Patisse offers a variety of specialty teas along with its macaron flavors.

Sales associate Gabby Merrem said one of the most popular teas at the macaron boutique is the Violet Femme tea. The $3.19 tea is lavender-based and hand-blended with Assam, vanilla and bergamot with honey and sugar added by customer preference. The drink can also be ordered hot or iced and is a play on the ’80s band, the Violent Femmes.

“It’s our most popular tea besides the Earl Grey tea,” Merrem said. “Our most popular macarons are birthday cake and salted caramel.”

Aside from offering specialty teas with its 20 unique French macaron flavors, which are made fresh daily, the boutique also offers gelato pops in many distinctive flavors as well as Italian sodas.

The boutique also offers catering. Customers can order macaron towers and customized macaron designs as well as party favors and dessert spreads for special events.
