The Woodlands Development Company announced Monday that Waterway Builders, LLC has broken ground on Waterway Landing at East Shore, a 5.4-acre gated enclave of 59 luxury townhomes.

Waterway Builders offers three- and four-story townhomes, ranging in size from approximately 2,862 to 4,561 square feet. Homes are priced from the upper $700,000s to more than $1 million. Waterway Landing at East Shore provides direct private access to The Woodlands Waterway and membership to the East Shore Clubhouse. The Waterway, East Shore Club House and Ellipse Park are adjacent to the enclave.

“We are excited to announce Waterway Builders will once again build in the convenient enclave of East Shore,” said Heath Melton, vice president of master planned communities and residential development for the Development Company. “Waterway Builders offers outstanding craftsmanship with a high quality of standards. The principals of the company have been building in The Woodlands since 1998.”

Waterway Landing is the fourth development within The Woodlands for John Bible and Worth Witmer of Waterway Builders.

“We are proud of our long-standing relationship with The Woodlands. Our projects have included The Pointe on Lake Woodlands, The Remington Brownstones in Town Center and Park Place Brownstones in East Shore,” Waterway Builders Co-Principal Worth Witmer said.
