1. Throwdown Texas Burger & Music Fest-April 29
The second annual Throwdown Texas Burger & Music Fest benefiting the Montgomery County Food Bank will occur this Saturday. The event features live music, burgers, a kid zone, shopping, celebrity judges, burger competitions, food trucks and vendors and other entertainment. 11 a.m.-8 p.m. $10 (14 years and up), Free (13 and under). 2. Conroe Kidz Fest-April 29

3. Texas Crawfish & Music Festival-April 29-30
This 31st annual festival at Preservation Park in Old Town Spring features 11 local musicians performing on two different stages, including Mo Pitney and Mary Sarah. Vendors will be serving up a variety of food items including barbecue, Cajun food, hamburgers, ice cream and fresh boiled crawfish. 4. David’s Dream Run-April 29
David's Dream Run is coordinated by David Elementary School in The Woodlands and is in memory of David Vetter. It is a 1k and 5k walk and run at Woodforest Stadium and benefits the Texas Children's Hospital. 7:30 a.m. $15 (registration fee).
