This weekend, area residents can pick out pumpkins at a children’s pumpkin patch, eat tasty food during Food Truck Friday, or sip some beer at Sugar Land Town Square. Here are five events the first weekend of October has to offer. Sept. 30: Food Truck Friday at Sienna Plantation The event is the last of the season and Sienna Plantation will have Houston-area food trucks available on scene serving delectable menu items and treats. Trucks include Ripe Cuisine, The Soda Shoppe by Mary Had a Little Party, Savor the Bites Catering, Sauerkraut Food Truck, Skratch Food Truck and Tilas Taco Truck. 4 p.m.- 8 pm. Free (to enter).
