See how the Spring-area real estate market fared in August 2021

Five of the Spring and Klein area’s nine ZIP codes experienced an increase in the number of homes sold in August as compared to August 2020, while three ZIP codes experienced a decrease. ZIP code 77389 remained stagnant year over year. The median price of homes sold also increased year over year in all Spring- and Klein-area ZIP codes.
