Three Spring and Klein emergency services districts held elections Saturday for their respective boards of commissioners. Incumbents held their seats in Harris County ESD Nos. 11 and 7, respectively, while a newcomer took one of the two seats available in ESD No. 16. All results are unofficial until canvassed.
ESD No. 7
Board President Bob Schmanski said incumbent candidates for the two four-year seats available on the board of commissioners, Keith Willingham and Gayle Fuller, received 427 and 498 votes, respectively. Challenger Chris David Received 232 votes.
ESD 7 contracts with Spring Fire Department.
ESD No. 11

According to information posted on the ESD 11 website, incumbent Fred Grundmeyer and newcomer Kevin Brost received 1,250 and 1,098 votes, respectively, including early voting by personal appearance, early voting by mail and election day votes. Provisional, military and late ballots are not included in this unofficial total. Incumbent Josh Fetner received 1,059 votes and challenger Matt Folsom received 1,064 votes, according to ESD 11.
Harris County ESD 11 contracts with Cypress Creek Emergency Medical Services.
ESD No. 16
A spokesperson for the ESD said one incumbent will retain his four-year seat on the board of commissioners and a newcomer took the other available seat. Incumbent Rich Jones received 473 votes, and newcomer Lance Wilson received 363 votes. Incumbent Herbert Lee Marker received 271 votes, and challenger Zeke Enriquez received 167 votes.
