Urban Bricks Pizza in the Shops of Bella Terra is offering free pizza and all other menu items except alcohol at a reduced price for Richmond and Houston residents, community members, flood and hurricane victims and first responders starting at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 16 until supplies last.

“My husband and I have received so much support from this community since we opened our doors. We felt like this was our chance to offer some measure of support to all those that have been affected by the devastation and chaos from the storm,” Nicte Lewis, co-owner of Urban Bricks Pizza said in a press release. “We understand that a fresh, warm meal and a change of scenery can go a long way, so we’re gathering supplies to feed as many people as we can.”

The franchise serves artisan pizza and salad. Employees from the College Station location are planning to travel to Richmond Saturday to help with the event.

“This effort comes just weeks after Hurricane Harvey’s initial landfall when Lewis and her husband, Jason, gave away 500 pizzas to first responders in Houston and Urban Bricks Pizza gave roughly 700 free pizzas to local residents and first responders in the Corpus Christi community,” the release stated.

Free pizza choices include margherita, Buffalo chicken, white mushroom, Mediterranean and the Urban Classic. Other menu items will be offered at a 50 percent discount and include items like build-your-own salads, wings and gelato.

Urban Bricks Pizza is located at 5650 West Grand Parkway South, Ste. 100, Richmond. www.urbanbrickspizza.com. 855-55-DOUGH.
