The Texas Department of Transportation completed construction on FM 1960 Business in Humble in early February, Public Information Officer Danny Perez said.

The $13.6 million project featured the resurfacing of FM 1960 Business west of Hwy. 59 in addition to construction of medians and sidewalks from Lee to Old Humble Roads in Humble. The 8.2-mile project also included drainage and intersection upgrades.

Although construction is complete, the contractors have a list of remaining items that includes signage installation, striping and clean up, Perez said.
