In mid-June, Leva Living broke ground on its first single-family rental neighborhood on a 16-acre parcel of land in Atascocita, located at 17260 W. Lake Houston Parkway. One-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans will be available measuring from 773-1,358 square feet. Preleasing will begin in September, and units will be open in December, a Leva Living representative confirmed July 11. The first phase of the community will consist of
20 homes and an amenity center.
