The camp is designed specifically for students entering sixth grade orchestra in KISD in fall 2016. Students participate in sectionals and full orchestra rehearsals. The week culminates with a Friday evening concert.

Established in 1968, Camp Olympia is a traditional overnight summer camp for boys and girls located on Lake Livingston in Trinity. The camp offers individualized scheduling of more than 40 activities from wakeboarding to horseback riding, a challenge course and golf.
