Community members can now submit tips regarding suspicious activities in Cy-Fair ISD through the iWatch Harris County mobile app.

The CFISD police department joined forces with the Harris County sheriff's office so users can submit tips directly to the district.

"The iWatch app serves as an easy-to-use resource that gives the CFISD community a direct line to our department," CFISD Police Chief Alan Bragg said. "We are excited to join forces with Sheriff Adrian Garcia and the Harris County sheriff's office for the iWatch program."

Additionally, users can sign up for local crime alerts and view crime maps through the app. Users can choose to send anonymous tips or submit their contact information, according to CFISD.

The app is available through the Apple Store, Android Marketplace and BlackBerry App World.
