On Thursday May 18, Community Impact Newspaper got a first look at model homes in two new residential communities: Bridlecreek and Dellrose.

Caldwell Companies will host a grand opening event for its newest residential development, Bridlecreek, on Saturday, May 20, off Kluge Road between Grant and Huffmeister roads.

The community has 90 lots with homes starting in the $500,000s. Children attend Cy-Fair ISD schools, including Hamilton Elementary School, Hamilton Middle School and Cy-Fair High School.

Builders in the new Cypress area community include Coventry Homes and Partners in Building.

Empire Communities, an award-winning Canadian homebuilder, has developed its first U.S. model home in Dellrose off Bauer Road.

The community spans nearly 600 acres at Hwy. 290 and the Grand Parkway with homes starting from the $190,000s. Children attend Waller ISD schools.

Builders in the new Hockley community include Beazer Homes, CalAtlantic Homes, Empire, Plantation Homes and Princeton Classic Homes.
