Torchy’s Tacos will open next spring. Caldwell Companies is working on a new building for the tenant, which is adjacent to Barker Cypress Road and slated to be completed by the end of 2017. The Boardwalk’s second phase of construction will bring a new mixed-use building with 13,000 square feet of retail space and 10,000 square feet of office space along with an additional 360 parking spaces.
Tuckerton Retail Center
Across the street at Tuckerton Retail Center, Face to Face Spa is now open at 18121 Tuckerton Road, Ste. 110, Cypress. This is the first Houston area location, but the business has four locations in Austin.
