Real estate trends vary year-over-year in each of the zip codes that comprise Spring and Klein.







Average Days on the Market


From June 2018-May 2019, homes remained on the market for less time compared to the previous 12-month period in eight of the nine ZIP codes in the Spring and Klein area.





Number of Homes Sold


The number of homes sold from June 2018-May 2019 varied by ZIP code, ranging from a 21.2% increase in 77069 to a 24.4% decrease in 77090.





Average Home Sales Price


The average home sales price increased the most from June 2018-May 2019 in ZIP code 77070.





New Homes Built


ZIP code 77069 had the most new homes built from 2017-2018, with 113 new builds.





Multifamily Units Added


According to data provided by Gayle Ross, a real estate agent with Ross and Marshall Realty, most of Spring and Klein did not see an increase or decrease in multifamily units from 2017-2018.
