Voters approved the $2.5 billion county bond referendum Saturday, and individuals have filed to run in Spring and Klein ISD board of trustee elections in November. Here is what residents of Spring and Klein need to know during the week of Aug. 27-31.

2. Candidates filed in Spring and Klein ISD board of trustee races
Last week, a total of seven candidates filed to run for three board of trustee seats in Klein ISD. In Spring ISD, the two incumbents filed unopposed to retain their board of trustee seats. The deadline for write-in candidates to file was Friday.





3. Klein ISD board votes on budget, Aug. 27
