Early voting begins Aug. 8 for flood control bond


Early voting on a $2.5 billion bond referendum to help the Harris County Flood Control District fund a variety of projects will begin Aug. 8 and run through Aug. 21. Election day for the bond, which will appear on ballots as Proposition A, is Aug. 25. Find more information on where and when to vote early here. Back-to-school items to be exempt from sales taxes Aug. 10-12

InSPIRE Rock to host grand opening of new Cypress rock climbing gym
