From Fourth of July eve to Independence Day, the Greater Houston area has plenty of events to attend to celebrate the holiday.

Fireworks Extravaganza

Star-Spangled Salute

Nassau Bay Fourth of July

Teddy bear parade

Freedom Over Texas


Grand Ole Opry inductee and Grammy-nominated country artist Chris Young headlines this Fourth of July celebration in downtown Houston. Cupid and the Dance Party and The Mavericks will open the show. 4th Fest


Jason Boland and the Stragglers, Mike and the Moonpies and the Cory Green Band perform at the city of Sugar Land's Fourth of July celebration. Other activities include a zip line, a mechanical bull, rock-climbing wall, face painting, trampolines, inflatable slides and more.
