Two Harris County road-widening projects are set to begin soon on Gosling Road.


Gosling Road Segment 2 construction to begin in late 2017
Harris County Commissioners Court awarded a construction contract to Allgood Construction on Sept. 26 for a project to widen the two-lane asphalt roadway to a four-lane concrete pavement with drainage on Gosling Road between West Mossy Oaks Road and Rayford Road.

Timeline: Construction is expected to begin fourth quarter of 2017

Gosling Road Segment 3 widening goes out to bid in late 2017
The project to widen the road from two lanes to four lanes between West Rayford Road and Creekside Forest Drive is in the final design phase. Precinct 4 plans to put the project out to bid in the fourth quarter of 2017.
