This weekend marks the first performance of the latest Stageworks Theatre play, "The Woman in Black," and live jazz is scheduled at Martini Blu this weekend in Spring and Klein.


1. Stageworks Theatre presents "The Woman in Black"

3. Indian restaurant holds grand opening Saturday
Palette Indian Kitchen celebrates its grand opening Oct. 7 at 3559 Rayford Rd, Ste. 200, Spring. The Indian restaurant offers dishes such as basmati rice with a choice of meat, thai red curry chicken, badami chicken and a beef naan wrap.

Spring arts organizations gear up for new season despite ongoing pandemic

Forced closures caused an estimated $786,000 in losses for three players in the community: Stageworks Theatre, the Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts and the Texas Master Chorale. Even as the industry gears up for fall performances, many do not expect to make up for the financial damage.
