Ongoing projects
1. A $15 million project widens Cypress Rosehill Road from two to four lanes from the Grand Parkway north to Seidel Cemetery Road in the Tomball area. Construction began in September and December on the northern and southern sections, respectively.
Estimated timeline: September 2017-fourth quarter 2018 (Phase 1), December 2017-third quarter 2018 (Phase 2)






2. The Texas Department of Transportation is constructing the FM 1488 overpass at FM 149 to provide drivers access across FM 149 and the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad in Magnolia. The $28.9 million project was 93 percent complete as of early June.

3. The Harris County Precinct 4 project extends Holderrieth Road as a new four-lane concrete roadway between Hwy. 249 and Calvert Road. Unitas Construction is constructing the $6 million project.
Estimated timeline: January-November 2018






4. The Harris County Precinct 4 project widens Hufsmith-Kohrville Road from two asphalt lanes to a four-lane concrete boulevard between Mahaffey Road and FM 2920 in Tomball. The $4.2 million project also adds a traffic light at Mahaffey Road.
Estimated timeline: January-late December 2018
